The support log application developed by Innoways is intended to record and review ongoing support tasks in a mobile format. With divisions by project being worked on the support log keeps track of the different individuals responsible for completing the task, testing, and reporting updates back to the requestor. Depending on access different users can review multiple projects and users’ tasks, or focus on their own tasks assigned to them.
